Order Questions

Which payment methods do you accept?

tre Bellezza currently accepts payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) as well as Google Checkout, PayPal and personal check or money order.

How long does it take to prepare and ship my order?

Orders for in stock merchandise are prepared and shipped within 48 hours. Should an item ordered be unavailable at the time of purchase, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know when it is expected or assist in finding an alternative. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on order size and weight via ground shipping method unless other arrangements are made prior to placing your order.

What are your shipping costs?

Orders are shipped using our standard ground shipping method in the contiguous US for $7.00 per order. Orders shipping to AK and HI are $20.00. Expedited shipping is available only in the contiguous US for $15.00. International orders (upon credit verification and authorization) are $20.00 USD and are shipped using the most economical methods available for tre Bellezza and our clients. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs or duties in their respective countries or territories.

What if I have to return my order?

tre Bellezza products are returnable under certain conditions. Please inspect your order once it arrives for any damage or errors. We do our best to check your order for accuracy and proper packaging before it ships however tre Bellezza is not responsible for orders left outdoors upon delivery in extreme or inclement weather. Please make all claims for credit, shortages, and/or damages within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.

All returned merchandise must be received by tre Bellezza in unopened, saleable condition, unless the merchandise is found to be defective.

The shipping cost of any returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise is being returned because the order was incorrectly filled by us or the merchandise is defective.

Any refunds or credit for exchange will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and Handling fees are not subject to refund unless the merchandise is defective or we shipped an incorrect item.

Do you offer any discounts or coupons?

Where are tre Bellezza cosmetics made?

tre Bellezza products are proudly formulated and produced in the United States.

How should I store my tre Bellezza cosmetics?

Like all cosmetics, tre Bellezza cosmetics should be stored in a cool, dry place. Removed from any extreme temperatures and kept near your vanity or makeup station. Be sure not to expose your cosmetics to direct sunlight or heat for any extended period of time.

Are tre Bellezza cosmetics all natural?

tre Bellezza cosmetics consist of all natural powders which are made of 100% pure mica and minerals. The natural ingredients work with the oils in your skin to provide flawless coverage. tre Bellezza's mineral makeup is extremely gentle, suitable even for the most sensitive skin. Because our products are free of preservatives, chemical dyes, talc, oils, or other fillers, it is healthy for any skin type. In addition, tre Bellezza’s mineral makeup has a high antioxidant level to help protect skin from future damage, premature aging, and reduces the appearance of damaged skin.

Are tre Bellezza cosmetics tested on animals?

Absolutely positively not! We love animals and our pets and would never consider using our furry friends to help formulate our makeup and cosmetics. Our animal testing policy is available upon request.
